How to Apply

Step 1
Choose Your Qualification

Explore our range of Certificate IV, Diploma, and Advanced Diploma programs in Human Resources Management, Kitchen Management, and Hospitality Management to find the best fit for your career aspirations.

Ensure you meet the our entry requirements as outlined within the course brochure and/or website/and/or agent.

Step 2
Prepare Your Application Documents

Complete the international student application form and gather the necessary course entry documents, including visa status (if appropirate), proof of age, English test results, academic transcripts, etc as outlined in the application form

All Offshore Students please contact us for a Genuine Student Assessment (GSA) Form.

Step 3
Submit Your Application

Scan and submit all required documentation. We will assess your application and advise you of your application outcome. 

You may be required to organise an interview over the phone/google meet/teams/through a registered agent.

On successful completion of the application process an “Offer Letter” will be issued.

Step 4
Review Offer letter and Terms of Enrolment

Please review the “Offer Letter” thoroughly. Please ensure you ask questions if you need clarification or need more information. 

Read, understand and sign the “Acceptance of Offer”

Make the required payment of fees as per the “Offer Letter”

Step 5

Receive Confirmation of Enrolment

A Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) will be issued once payment is received along with the signed “Acceptance of Offer”. 

This information will be your confirmation of course of enrolment, student fees, payment plan and other important information for your enrolment including terms and conditions. 

Step 6
Get Ready to Study

Put your study start date on your calendar so you are ready for your orientation and induction day. 

Alternatively, apply for your student visa along with you CoE through your closest Australian Embassy.

We offer nationally recognised qualifications including Certificate IV in Human Resources Management, Diploma of Human Resources Management, Certificate IV in Kitchen Management, and Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management.

International students typically require an IELTS score of 6.0, with test results no more than 2 years old. Other English language tests like PTE and TOEFL may also be accepted if deemed equivalent.

Our courses are delivered through a blend of face-to-face classroom sessions and structured self-study or supervised study sessions. Some hospitality courses also include a mandatory work placement component.

Yes, students may apply for recognition of existing qualifications, skills, knowledge, and experience through credit transfer or Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). Granting of course credit may affect course fees and duration.
