The BSB50320 Diploma of Human Resource Management is designed to equip students with the practical skills and applied knowledge required to perform effectively in a range of human resource roles across diverse industries. This qualification focuses on developing capabilities in key HR functions such as recruitment and selection, workforce planning, performance management, employee and industrial relations, and the development and implementation of workplace policies.
